He has in-depth experience in recruiting technical and non-technical positions in these industries. His key strengths include establishing a HR department in a new set-up especially in the area of compensation and benefits. He is a Certified People Developer Consultant. John holds a Bachelor of Science in Banking and Finance from University of London.
